1.       Introduction
 
1.1   Slim Your Bin is operated by Green Rewards Limited trading as Jump. By becoming a Member of Slim Your Bin you accept the terms and conditions as set out below.
 
1.2   For more information about your account please contact us on 0207 326 5055 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm), via email at [email protected] or via post at 141 – 147 Acre Lane, London, SW2 5UA. We aim to respond to written enquiries within 3 working days.
 
2.       Joining Slim Your Bin
 
2.1  In order to become a member of Slim Your Bin you must be 18 years of age and resident in a property within the County of Warwickshire.
 
2.2   To create an account you must register through the Slim Your Bin website, https://warwickshire.slim-your-bin.com/, by calling us on 0207 326 5055 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm).
 
2.3  Upon registration you will be asked to provide personal information about yourself. We will handle this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information you supply is accurate and kept up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account, cancel any Points earned and refuse access to the website at any point if we suspect that the information you provide is inaccurate.
 
2.4   If, upon registering, you find that your correct address is not listed on the registration form please contact us via [email protected]. If your address is proven to be accurate and eligible for the scheme we will make any efforts necessary to allow you to register an account. If, upon investigation, your address is falsified or falls outside of the boundaries of the County of Warwickshire we reserve the right to refuse membership.
 
2.5   We reserve the right to refuse membership without liability for any reason.
 
2.6   There can only be ONE account registered per household. If there are multiple persons living in your household please designate a single account holder and assign them the responsibility of accurately recording the activity for your entire household. In the event of a second account being registered at your address, the older account will be deactivated and we will notify you of this. If you believe this deactivation has taken place in error, please contact us using the contact details provided in that email.
 
2.7   The named account holder is responsible for all transactions that take place on the account, for ensuring that the account details are accurate and that your account is not accessed by anyone other than yourself.
 
3.      Earning Points

 
3.1   Through Slim Your Bin you will be able to earn ‘Points’ for taking certain actions, as communicated on our website. We reserve the right to change the actions and the amount of points that you earn for taking actions at any point.
 
3.2   The specific actions, earning rates and frequency for which you can earn Points are displayed on the Slim Your Bin website and it is your responsibility to ensure that you understand this.
 
3.3   For actions which are only eligible to be awarded a certain number of times within a defined time period, we reserve the right to reject the award of Points if you exceed the allowed number. You may raise a dispute about any rejections by emailing us at [email protected]. After investigating your claim any decision we make to award or not to award Points is final.
 
3.4   You may only earn Points for the 2 weeks immediately preceding the current date and not for any date in the future.
 
3.5   Whilst we will endeavour to award Points in a timely manner, we are not liable for any delay in awarding Points that may arise.
 
3.6 We will award Points to members according to the amount of waste and recycling produced in the Local Authority area or defined community. The rate at which you earn Points for this is defined by the Local Authority and is subject to change or alteration at any point. These Points will be awarded on an ad hoc basis and are not subject to any time limitations or defined schedule. We are not liable for the accuracy of the data provided to us by the Local Authority.
 
3.7   Points are non-transferrable and non-refundable. There is no alternative and Points have no cash value.
 
4.      Winning Prizes
 
4.1   The prizes available to you through participation in the scheme are set out on the Slim Your Bin website are subject to change at any time. We will notify you of any changes to the prizes available.
 
4.2   Reasonable efforts will be made to check the legitimacy of the points-earning submissions made by winning members. If there is suspicion that points are being earned deceitfully or incorrectly then efforts will be made to contact the member and adjust these points.
 
4.3 Employees of Warwickshire County Council's Waste Management Group, their immediate family, anyone professionally associated with green rewards and their immediate family are welcome to take part in the scheme, but are not eligible to win prizes.
 
4.4  Members are only eligible to win ONE voucher in a set period, as displayed on the Slim Your Bin website. If you earn the most Points in your community in that calendar month for a second time within this period, then you shall be ineligible to win and the voucher will be awarded to the next eligible member with the next highest points total.
 
4.5  You will be contacted via email or telephone if you have won a voucher. It is your responsibility to respond to this contact in a timely manner in order to claim your voucher.
 
4.6   There is no cash alternative to the vouchers offered, and you may only choose your voucher from the options presented to you.
 
4.7   Vouchers are supplied by external companies and any delay in fulfilment of these vouchers in not the responsibility of Slim Your Bin.
 
5.      Team Competition
 
5.1  Through the scheme members are able to win donations for local community projects and charities. The details of these prizes, including number of prizes and their value, is available on the Slim Your Bin website and is subject to change at any time.
 
5.2   Members can vote for which of the community projects and charities they’d like to see win a bigger share of the donation money. To vote, members should log in to their accounts and click the vote button under their desired charity. Offline members can cast their vote for a charity by calling 0207 326 5055 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm). Members have ONE vote and can change this vote at any time by clicking the ‘vote’ button under a different charity.
 
5.3   The charities that you can vote for are displayed on the Slim Your Bin website. There are no alternative charities that you can vote for.
 
5.4   The charities available to you to vote for may change periodically and we will notify you of this intended change.
 
5.5   The community that residents have collectively earned the most Points for in the defined competition period, as set out on the Slim Your Bin website, shall receive 1st prize, with the charity that residents of this community for have cast the most votes for receiving all of this donation amount. The community in second place will receive 2nd prize, with the charity that residents of this community for have cast the most votes for receiving all of this donation amount – and so on.
 
5.6   If the charity that has been voted for by a winning community has already received a prize in that funding period, then the prize shall be awarded to the next most voted for charity until all charities have received a prize.
 
6.      Email communications

 
6.1   As part of the scheme, and in order to communicate with you about your participation and performance in the scheme, you will receive regular email communications to the email address that you provided at sign up. These will include, but aren't limited to: service emails (registration confirmation, password reset, deactivation etc.); weekly reminder emails; and monthly newsletters.
 
6.2. You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link featured in each email or by contacting us at [email protected] or by calling 0207 326 5055 (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5:30pm).
 
7.      Maintaining your account
 

7.1   You are responsible for making sure that the information on your account is correct. You can check your account details and make changes by clicking the ‘My Account’ button in the top right hand corner of the page once you are logged in.
 
7.2   You are responsible for notifying us of any change of address. If you move within the County of Warwickshire then your account details can be updated and you will continue to earn Points as part of the scheme. If you move outside of the Borough then your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to participate in the scheme. Your account will remain as a Green Rewards account until such a time as you instruct us to close it.
 
7.3   You can close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or by calling 0207 326 5055 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm)
 
7.4   You are responsible for the security of your account and the log in details used to access your online account information. You should notify us immediately if you suspect that someone else knows your log in details so that we can suspend your account pending issuance of new log in information. We will not be responsible if any of your Points are altered by someone else in possession of your log in details.
 
8     Collection and use of data
 
8.1   The data we collect and the ways in which we use it are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
 
8.2   Any information collected from you will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (2018).
 
9      Miscellaneous
 
9.1   We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will give you as much notice as we reasonable can as to these changes. Activity on your account after such a notification will constitute acceptance of the revised rules.
